Gym ka Environment buhut friendly, clean and motivating ha jis ki wajah sy rouz aana achaa lagtha ha yaha ki machines modern and we'll mentained ha aur safayi ka khas khayal raka jatha ha.

  The overall environment, ambiance, equipments and staff is really exceptional. I trained here under gym passport facility on my visit to Islamabad recently and by far the best facility i ever trained. Will surely visit again on my next visit.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience at this gym! The environment is clean, motivating, and has all the equipment I need for a good workout. The staff and the trainers are friendly. They explain every exercise clearly, pay attention to proper form, and always encourage me to push myself safely, especially the tall female trainer. I had cramps in my legs but the way she help me do my exercise, my legs were pain free 💗

  Hii I currently switched gyms from Gritfit to vanguard due to the ladies timing being 24hours and honestly at first I didn’t believe it but really ?!! It is and now I have a massive weight lifted off my shoulders to reach the gym from uni before 3pm 💕 at first I was super shy but all the trainers here are so welcoming and so niceee idek the names of everyone but THEY ARE ALL SO NICE even the receptionist and managers and everyone so welcoming makes u feel at home u don’t get any weird stares at all i currently train with rubina loves to motivate me and push me and always with a smile and not currently i am training my core th most and i have seen a lot of difference in jst 2 weeks w no diet aswell btw bcs i love my kfc wings 😭she is also always there if im down she will link me w a doctor and physiotherapist that are working here tooo incase u have a sprained muscle or anything WHICH U DONT GET AT OTHER GYMS BTWWW !! All are professionals thank you so much guys 🤲🏻

  Very nice gym. It has a separate female section available 24/7 which was the best part for me. The staff is really helpful and the environment is very encouraging and supporting 👍🏻
